The Poznan Studies in Administration and Law (OSAP) is a semi-annual journal published both in print and, starting in 2022, exclusively online on the Open Journal Systems (OJS)  platform, functioning on an open access basis. The presented scientific articles and glosses are prepared in accordance with the binding principles of ethical publishing standards and best practices. They are subjected to the process of double-blind peer review . The Journal contains also reviews and reports on important scientific events. It has been coming out continUBusly since 2003, and as a quarterly – since 2012, and from 2022 as a semi-annual. The Poznan Studies in Administration and Law is indexed in the following databases: AmeliCA, CEJSH, CEEOL, DOAJ, HeinOnline, Index Copernicus, POL-Index, The Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and ERIH PLUS. The editors accept original papers prepared in accordance with editorial requirements. The journal follows the Chicago style bibliography and footnotes.

Starting from 1 October 2022, the journal Wielkopolskie Studia Administracyjno - Prawne received funding under the programme "Development of scientific journals", announced by the regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 3 August 2021 on the programme "Development of scientific journals" (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1514).
