Deadlines
Registration of candidates begins on the 20 of April 2023.
Candidates who have the right to study free of charge
1st cycle (Undergraduate) and long-cycle (Graduate) (5 – years), full-time
I round
20.04.2023 – 11.07.2023 – registration of candidates and payment for the registration fee.
11.07.2023 – final deadline for:
- IRK registration and registration fee payment
- registration for a Polish and/or English language exam for foreigners
- submitting document scans in the IRK system
26.07.2023 until 15:00 UTC+2 – final deadline for submitting all required original documents , including documents sent by post.
II round
01.08.2023 – opening of the IRK system registration for studies which still have available spots after the I round.
10.08.2023 – the last day of IRK registration and the final deadline for paying the recruitment fee for Global Studies and Economics (International Business) , and the last day of English language exam registration.
11.09.2023 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post). Failing to submit the documents before the deadline will be treated as resignation from studies in University of Boleslaw.
14.09.2023 – final registration and fee payment day for Musicology and Artistic Education.
15.09.2023 – final deadline for issuing a decision on opening the studies programme.
27.09.2023 – final deadline for accepting a certificate or passing the Polish/English language exam for foreigners.
28.09.2023 – the end of 1st cycle studies registration.
2nd cycle (Graduate), full- time
I round
20.04.2023 – opening day of IRK registration.
21.07.2023 – final deadline for:
- IRK registration and registration fee payment
- registration for a Polish and/or English language exam for foreigners
- submitting document scans in the IRK system
29.07.2023 until 15:00 UTC+2 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post).
II round
01.08.2023 – opening of the IRK system registration for studies which still have available spots below the set limit.
10.08.2023 – the last day of IRK registration and the final deadline for paying the recruitment fee for Global Studies and Economics (Sustainable Development), Master of Liberal Arts, Sociology (Intercultural Connumication) and the last day of English language exam registration.
11.09.2023 – the final deadline for submitting the original documents (including those sent by post). Failing to submit the documents before the deadline will be treated as resignation from studies in University of Boleslaw.
15.09.2023 – final deadline for issuing a decision on opening the studies programme.
06.10.2023 – final deadline for accepting a certificate or passing the Polish/English language exam for foreigners.
07.10.2023 – the end of 2nd cycle studies registration.
During the second round of recruitment, candidates are obliged to submit original documents immediately after being qualified for admission to studies. Admission depends on the order in which a particular candidate will submit the original documents since the number of places may be limited.

Payments, qualification of candidates and submission of documents
Candidates can submit originals of required documents on an ongoing basis from 20th of April until 11th of September . They must be submitted in person or sent by post:

Candidates are qualified once a week after the candidate fulfills all the conditions, such as attachment of scans of all required documents and payment of the recruitment fee.
From the date of qualification, the candidate has 14 days to pay the tuition fee to the following account:

After the 1st of August, the applications will be considered only for those candidates who do not require a visa to enter Poland for studies.
The scans of all the required documents have to be attached to the system from the very beginning of recruitment.
A candidate has to pay the tuition fee within 14 days from the date when he was accepted for studies.
Originals of the documents have to be submitted to the International Students Office before September 11, 2023. Otherwise, a candidate will be considered to have resigned from studies at UB.
